CAAC is run entirely by volunteers, and there is a place for you, whether you have an hour or a season. Come meet your neighbors and help make Cambridge a better home.
Ways to help
- Community events: help set up, welcome guests, or perform at the Lunar New Year celebration and the Mid-Autumn Festival party.
- AAPI Book Drive: help choose, wrap, and deliver books to Cambridge and Somerville schools.
- Food bank shifts: pack meals with our team at the Greater Boston Food Bank.
- Dragon boat: paddle with the Cambridge Community Dragon Boat Team, or help with practices and race days.
- Classes and story time: teach or assist with Kung Fu, painting, calligraphy, or Chinese story time.
- Skills: photography, translation (Chinese/English), design, social media, and fundraising help are always welcome.
