Lunar New Year celebrations for all Cambridge and surrounding communities. Let’s welcome the Year of the Horse together!

Lunar New Year is the year’s biggest celebration in East and South Asia. Chinese American Association of Cambridge (CAAC), one of the most prominent local Asian community non-profit organizations in Cambridge, will bring the 7th annual Lunar New Year celebrations to the Cambridge community and surrounding communities.
The event has three parts:
- 12:30–2:00 PM: Culture Fair – Interactive cultural experiences at the cafeteria, including Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting, tanghulu, raffles, and more.
- 2:00–4:00 PM: Performances – Highlights such as lion dance, traditional Chinese dance, ballet, kung fu, and horse-themed acts.
- 4:00–4:30 PM: Take Home New Year Blessings – Free Chinese snacks and calligraphy Fu (福) at the cafeteria.
This is the 4th annual in-person Lunar New Year celebration event organized by CAAC. Last year’s event was hosted at the same venue—check out the recap and videos here: 2025 Event Recap.
